Pre-Order Policy​

At MODEST-MIST, select items may be made available for pre-order under the following circumstances:

• The item is currently out of stock.

• The item is a new release awaiting initial stock arrival.

• The item is part of a planned inventory replenishment.

When you place a pre-order, your payment method will be charged immediately at the time of purchase. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept this charge in advance of shipment.

Estimated Shipping Dates

• An estimated shipping date will be provided on the product page and in your order confirmation email.

• This date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Shipping may be delayed due to production schedules, supplier availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Modifications to Pre-Orders

• Any changes you request to a pre-order after purchase (such as item changes, shipping address updates, etc.) may result in a delayed shipping date.

• In some cases, additional shipping fees may apply as a result of modifications and will be your responsibility.
