Processing Time

​All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive a second notification when your order has shipped.

Note: During peak seasons or product launches, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times (U.S. Orders):​

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

• Free shipping on all orders over $50 (US only)​

International Shipping:

• Standard International: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

• Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier availability.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by your local government. These fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

• Unforeseen customs or postal service delays

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please Contact Us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
